What is your main fear?

“Your mind is a mental magnet and is greatly reduced in strength by your fears and your inflow of good is slowly closed off.
If your mental forces become too weakened you may even repel what little good is trying to reach you”. – Raymond Holliwell.

Being in charge of your inner mental conversations is a great place to start.  Become aware of what you say to yourself.  Are you thinking more fearsome and worry thoughts, or are you coming from belief and opportunity?

Science has defined a variety of natural laws that explain the physical world and how it changes. One such law states that for every action there is a reaction. For every action of the thoughts that you have there are subsequent reactions.  Whether you are aware of this or not it is happening.

Identify what your main fear is – is it not letting people down, fear of missing out, fear of getting it wrong.  This fear sits under all the decisions you make or don’t make. When you become aware of it, you can start to reason with yourself and flip your mental conversations.

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
