What’s it all for?

Have you ever paused and asked yourself this question, What is it all for? I know I have, many times over the years, particularly in moments of uncertainty or when the path ahead feels unclear.

What I’ve come to understand is that this is part of the process.

Those moments of self-doubt are often signals that growth is imminent. I made a conscious commitment to become comfortable with being uncomfortable, to lean into it. It’s become a guiding principle in my life.

When I reflect, I feel I was more courageous at 15 than I am at 50. Back then, I was far more willing to put myself out there. It was a steep learning curve as I had big goals.

In 2010, I discovered a deeper sense of purpose when I read The Success Principles by Jack Canfield. A simple exercise that brought me clarity about what was consistently trying to emerge within me. The desire to help, to serve, to connect, and to empower others to realise their full potential. That calling has always been there, waiting to be expressed.

Today, I invite you to pause and check in with yourself.

What is it all for?
What is your purpose?
Are you truly living the life you desire?

They are big questions, but incredibly worthwhile ones to reflect on.

Have an amazing week ahead!!

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
