Where are you losing energy?

Would you love to feel alive, vibrant and energised?

Do you feel the exact opposite?  Exhausted, hanging out for the weekend and working out where you could possibly find time to have a break, but knowing the list is too big for you to even think that would be a possibility?

It doesn’t have to be that way.  I’m going to share a very simple thing today which will give you more energy – instantly and it doesn’t cost a thing.

⭐Worry drains you of your natural vitality and energy⭐

Think of the inner tube of a bicycle.  When it is fully inflated it can take you to your destination, If there are leaks in the tube, the tube eventually deflates and your journey comes to an abrupt end.

This is how the mind works

Worry causes precious mental energy and potential to leak.  Just like air leaking out of an inner tube.  All of your creativity, optimism and motivation are drained. Soon you have no energy left and you feel exhausted.  Worry used to be my normal state and I lived in fear of what could go wrong, who I might let down, what would people think, so much so that I could give myself stomach aches.  Not any more.

If I can let go of worry so can you.

The quickest way to stop the drain of your energy is to control your thoughts and to minimise the worry.

I can help you with this.   Book a time to chat with me here if you would like more energy.

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
