Worry is like…

Worry is like a rocking chair, it wont get you anywhere.

This used to be one of my favourite quotes as I became aware what a worrier I was in my late teens. However I don’t agree with it now. It will actually get you somewhere. It will get you exactly what you don’t want.

You see what you focus on expands. When you are in the energy of worry you will attract more things for you to worry about. Our thoughts are actually like a magnet, whether you are aware of it or not.

Worry is pointless. It is wasted energy. It drains us of vitality

Thoughts of worry and doubt cause the feeling of fear. Many times when you identify what the fear is you can let the worry go. However if the momentum of your worry is strong you are on the hamster wheel of worry it will more then likely impact your body on a physical level from stomach aches, sweating headaches etc.

You may not be aware that you have a choice and that you can actually choose the thoughts that you would like to have instead.

I liken our mind to a garden. Worry and doubt are like the weeds in the garden. They will get out of control if they aren’t pulled out. There are always seeds of those weeds laying dormant in the soil that you will need to stay on top of and pull out when you notice them. You can plant the seeds of the thoughts/ plants you would like to have. Care and nurture them and continue planting them.

Plant the seeds of desire and what you want in work, business, health, relationships, wealth, life. and reap the rewards.

Have a wonderful week ahead ⭐️

One of the hardest things to do…

One of the hardest things to do… is REST. This was something I was never really good at. I couldn’t even take five minutes out for myself without justifying how “busy” I was. It used to feel really uncomfortable to put myself first. Thankfully I have learnt how do to...

Is there ever a “right time”?

Is there ever a “right time”?

People often tell themselves  that they are  too busy, too early, too late, or I’ll start "when the time is right." But what if time isn't the problem? Nature doesn't hesitate. A tree knows when to let go of its leaves and when to grow new ones. It doesn't overthink...
